The agreement between us.

These Terms of Service (the Terms) are a binding agreement between you and Ecliptz Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its office in Telangana (Supalander, we, us). They govern your use of supalander.com, its subdomains, and every feature, message, and download we provide through them (together, the Service).

You accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement, by ticking the acceptance box when you create an account or when we ask you to accept an updated version, and by continuing to payment from a plan button, which shows that it does so. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We keep a record of every acceptance. Each time you accept, we store the document and version you accepted, the exact statement shown next to the box, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser. You can see your own record under Settings, Agreements.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them, and you in these Terms means both you and them.

• Listing: a job opening that our research team has reviewed and published on the Service, including its description, location, salary information, notes, and the link to apply.
• Employer: the company, recruiter, or platform that owns a Listing and runs the hiring process for it. Employers are not part of Supalander.
• AI Features: any part of the Service that generates, rewrites, extracts, or scores text using automated language models, including resume tailoring, cover letters, the career profile assistant, and any similar feature we add.
• Output: text or files produced by AI Features in response to your input.
• Your Content: everything you upload, type, or generate in your account, including resumes, cover letters, your career profile, preferences, and Output.
• Plan: a free or paid tier of the Service with the features, limits, and price shown on the pricing page at the time you choose it.
• Subscription: a paid Plan that renews automatically until cancelled.
• AI Credits: the balance that AI Features draw on. Credits have no cash value and are not money, a deposit, or a stored-value instrument.
• Alert Allowance: the number of WhatsApp job alerts a Plan includes.

• You must be 18 or older. The Service is built for adults entering or changing employment. If you are under 18, do not create an account.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal. Do not share login details, sell access, or operate an account for someone else without our written consent.
• Accurate details. Keep your email, phone number, and profile information truthful and current. We may suspend accounts that use false identities.
• Your security. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Use a strong, unique password. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, email us at once and change your password.
• Sign-in providers. If you sign in with a third-party identity provider, that provider governs your relationship with them. We only receive the details described in our Privacy Policy.

We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts to protect the Service, other users, or Employers, or where the law requires it. The Suspension and termination section explains how that works.

Supalander publishes job Listings that our research team has reviewed, ranks them so the most relevant reach you first, sends optional alerts, and provides AI Features that help you prepare application material. Listings link out to the Employer to apply.

We are not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or placement service. We do not represent Employers, we are not a party to any application, interview, offer, or employment relationship, and we do not charge or receive fees from you for placement. Every decision about a role is made by the Employer.

No guarantee of outcome. We do not promise that any Listing is still open when you view it, that an Employer will respond, or that you will receive an interview or an offer. Listings can close, change, or be withdrawn by Employers without notice to us.

Salaries are expected figures, not promises. The salary on a Listing is an expected range. Where the Employer publishes pay, we show what they published; where they do not, our researchers estimate it from market information for similar roles, and some Listings say only that pay is as per the market. We are not certain of any salary. It is not an offer, we do not guarantee that any Employer will pay the amount shown, and the final pay is decided by the Employer and agreed between you and them. Always confirm pay with the Employer before you rely on it.

The Service will change. We may add, modify, limit, or retire features, rankings, and content at any time. Where a change materially reduces what a paid Plan includes, the Plans and Billing sections explain your options.

Browsing Listings needs a free account. The AI Features and WhatsApp alerts need a paid Plan. Every paid Plan includes every feature; Plans differ only in length, price, and allowance. The features, allowance, and price of a Plan are those shown on the pricing page and the checkout screen at the moment you subscribe, and that description forms part of your contract with us. At the date of this version:

• Weekly, ₹169 per period, GST included: 15 AI Credits and up to 18 WhatsApp job alerts.
• Monthly, ₹469 per period, GST included: 60 AI Credits and up to 85 WhatsApp job alerts.
• 6 Months, ₹2,569 per period, GST included: 360 AI Credits and up to 510 WhatsApp job alerts, released as 60 credits and 85 alerts every 30 days.
• Yearly, ₹2,999 per period, GST included: 720 AI Credits and up to 1020 WhatsApp job alerts, released as 60 credits and 85 alerts every 30 days.

• How credits are used. Each AI action uses some credits. Larger or more complex tasks use more than small ones. Your remaining balance is always shown in the app. We may change how many credits an action uses; a change never reduces credits you already hold.
• Credits and alerts never expire. Unused AI Credits and unused Alert Allowance stay on your account for as long as the account exists, including after a Plan ends or is cancelled. Apart from the free trial below, they can be used only while you have an active paid Plan. If you buy a Plan again, your saved balance is available again immediately.
• Free trial credits. Each account gets 3 free AI Credits once, when it finishes onboarding or first uses an AI Feature. They need no Plan, are used up the same way as Plan credits, and are not granted again, including on a new account for the same person. They have no cash value and are not refundable.
• No cash value. Credits and alerts cannot be sold, transferred to another account, exchanged for money, or refunded on their own. They end if your account is deleted or closed for a breach of these Terms.
• Fair use. The Service is for personal, non-automated use. We may throttle or pause usage that is abusive, scripted, or far outside normal individual patterns, and we will tell you when we do.
• Entitlements are decided server-side. What you can access is determined by our records of your Plan, not by anything shown in your browser.
• Promotions and trials. Offers, discounts, and trials have their own stated conditions. Trials are one per person, and we may verify eligibility. A trial that is not cancelled before it ends converts to the paid Plan it advertised.
• Changes to Plans. We may change Plan features and prices for new purchases at any time. For an existing Subscription, a price change applies only from a renewal after we have told you at least 14 days in advance, by a notice in the app or on the site (and by email where we choose to). If you do not accept it, cancel before that renewal.

• Payment. Paid Plans are billed in advance through a third-party payment processor. You authorize us and our processor to charge your chosen payment method for the Plan price, applicable taxes, and any renewals.
• Two ways to pay. Each Plan can be bought as a Subscription that renews automatically, or paid once for a single period. Both give the same features and allowance at the same price. A one-time purchase never renews; if you already have an active Plan, the new period starts when your current one ends, and any Subscription you had stops renewing.
• Automatic renewal. A Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for the same period and at the price you agreed to, until you cancel. Every plan button shows the amount and how often it renews, and continuing to payment from it authorises that renewing charge. We record that authorisation, with the exact line shown, as described in the first section.
• Renewal notices. Renewals are charged through a standing instruction on your chosen payment method, such as UPI Autopay, a card, or netbanking. Your bank or payment app sends a notification before each renewal charge as Reserve Bank of India rules require, and you can also cancel the standing instruction there.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Settings in two steps, with no questions asked. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep every feature until the end of the period you already paid for, and your unused balance stays saved.
• Switching Plans. You can move to a different Plan at any time. The new Subscription starts when its first payment succeeds (a one-time purchase starts as described above), the earlier Plan stops renewing, and your unused balance carries over. Time already paid for on the earlier Plan is not refunded.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend paid features until it succeeds. Continued failure ends the Subscription.
• Chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We treat a chargeback filed without first giving us a chance to resolve the issue as a breach of these Terms, and we may suspend the account until it is resolved.
• Taxes and currency. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at 18%. Nothing is added at checkout: the amount on the plan button is the amount you pay. If you pay from outside India, your bank may add conversion or foreign transaction fees that we do not control. A tax invoice is available on request.
• Records. Every charge and refund is recorded with its date, amount, and payment reference, and is shown under Settings, Billing.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Plans start the moment payment is confirmed, so we do not refund a payment once it has gone through, including for unused time, unused AI credits, or unused WhatsApp alerts.

You can cancel any time in Settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep every feature until the end of the period you already paid for.

We only return money in these cases:

• A charge made in error: you were charged twice for the same period, charged after you cancelled, or charged for a plan that never activated.
• Where the law requires it. Nothing in this policy takes away a right that applicable consumer law gives you.

If you think you were charged in error, email support@supalander.com from your account email with the payment reference shown in Settings. We reply within 2 business days, and an approved refund goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.

Our researchers review each Listing before it is published and check that the apply link leads to a real opening. That review is a snapshot in time. After publication, Employers may edit, fill, or close the role without informing us.

• Listings are third-party content. Titles, descriptions, salaries, locations, and requirements come from the Employer. We present them in good faith but do not warrant that they are accurate, complete, current, or lawful.
• Verify before you rely. Always confirm details on the Employer page you are sent to. Salary figures are indicative unless the Employer states otherwise.
• Applying happens elsewhere. When you click apply, you leave Supalander. The Employer or their applicant system collects your application under their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.
• Never pay to apply. Legitimate Employers do not ask candidates for money, bank details, or identity documents before an offer. If a Listing leads to such a request, stop and report it to us at once.
• Reporting. If you believe a Listing is fraudulent, discriminatory, expired, or infringes rights, email us with the link. We investigate and remove Listings that break our standards.

AI Features generate text using automated language models operated by third-party providers under contract with us. They are tools, not advisers. Please read this section carefully.

• Output can be wrong. Language models can produce text that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or that sounds confident while being false. Output may also be similar to text generated for other users. You must review, edit, and verify every Output before you use it.
• You are responsible for what you send. Anything you submit to an Employer is your statement, not ours. Never use AI Features to invent qualifications, experience, credentials, or references, or to misrepresent yourself. Doing so may be unlawful and will get your account closed.
• Not professional advice. Output is not legal, financial, immigration, medical, or career advice, and it does not create any professional relationship. Talk to a qualified professional for decisions that matter.
• No outcome promises. We do not guarantee that Output will pass any screening system, satisfy any Employer, or lead to any result.
• Your input, your output. You keep every right you already have in what you type or upload. As between you and us, you own the Output you generate, subject to the rights of others in material you provided. We do not claim ownership of Output and we do not use Your Content to train models.
• Processing by providers. To generate Output, the relevant parts of your input are sent to our AI providers at the moment you use the feature. Our Privacy Policy describes what is sent and how it is protected. Do not include information about other people, or sensitive information, unless it is necessary for the task.
• Acceptable prompts. Do not use AI Features to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that infringes anyone else's rights, and do not attempt to extract our system instructions or to make the model act outside its purpose.
• Limits and changes. AI Features are metered. We may set usage limits per Plan, change the models we use, and pause a feature when a provider is unavailable. Where we can, we tell you before a material change.

Your Content belongs to you. So that we can run the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, and create derivative versions of Your Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine backups, which are removed on their own schedule, and copies we must keep by law.

• You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or any law.
• We do not sell Your Content, show it to other users, or use it for advertising.
• If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, or bulk-download Listings or any other part of the Service, by any automated means, including bots, scripts, extensions, and AI agents;
• copy, republish, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute Listings or Output of the Service as a product, dataset, feed, or service of your own;
• bypass or attempt to bypass any paywall, usage limit, verification step, or access control, or access another person's account or data;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, interfere with its operation, or introduce malicious code, except through a responsible disclosure agreed with us in writing;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, models, prompts, or ranking logic of the Service;
• use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or to contact Employers on behalf of anyone but yourself;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or that contains other people's personal data without their permission;
• use the Service in any way that breaks applicable law, including employment, anti-discrimination, export control, and sanctions laws.

We use rate limits and automated protections to enforce this section. Access that trips them may be blocked without notice.

• Paid Plans only, opt-in only. WhatsApp alerts are part of paid Plans. We message a number only after you tick the opt-in box, add the number, and confirm it with a one-time code. We record that opt-in with its date, time, and the statement you agreed to.
• When an alert is sent. An alert is sent only when a newly published Listing matches the alert preferences you saved (job areas, work types, and minimum salary). If no matching Listing is published, you receive no alerts. Your Plan sets the most alerts you can receive (up to the number shown for your Plan); it is a ceiling, not a promise of any number of alerts or Listings.
• How many. We send at most four job alerts a day, at least six hours apart, and never more than your remaining Alert Allowance. Each job alert delivered to you uses one alert from your allowance. The verification code, the confirmation message, and replies to STOP or RESUME are free and never count.
• When alerts stop. Alerts stop when your allowance reaches zero, when your Plan ends, when you pause them, or when you remove your number. Unused alerts stay saved and work again once you have an active Plan and alerts are on.
• What we send. Job alerts, the verification code, a confirmation when you verify, and replies to commands you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on WhatsApp.
• Stopping. Reply STOP to pause and RESUME to continue at any time, or change your settings in the app. Pausing does not close your account.
• Your number. Use a number you control. If you give up the number, remove it from your account first so the next owner does not receive your alerts.
• Delivery. Delivery depends on WhatsApp, your device, and your carrier. Standard data and messaging charges may apply. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and an alert is never a guarantee that a role is still open.

The Service, including its name, logo, design, text we write, software, ranking system, templates, and the selection and arrangement of Listings, is owned by Ecliptz Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, database, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own job search in line with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

• Employer names, logos, and marks that appear in Listings belong to their owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of Supalander, or by Supalander.
• Resume and letter templates may be used only to produce documents for your own applications, not to build or distribute competing templates or services.
• Takedown requests. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, email support@supalander.com with the link, a description of the work, proof of your rights, your contact details, and a statement that your request is made in good faith. We act on complete notices promptly and may inform the party who supplied the content.

The Service links to and relies on services we do not control: Employer sites and applicant systems, sign-in providers, the WhatsApp platform, payment processors, and infrastructure providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or conduct, and a link is not an endorsement.

• By you. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account in Settings. Deleting an account cancels any Subscription first. It does not refund a payment except as set out in the Refund policy, and any saved credits and alerts end with the account.
• By us. We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity, if required by law or a lawful request, or if a payment for a paid Plan fails and is not cured. Where the situation allows, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
• Effect. On termination your right to use the Service ends. If we close your account for breach, any remaining paid period is forfeited to the extent the law allows. We may retain data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Survival. Sections that by their nature should continue, including those on content licences, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law, and general terms, survive termination.

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

In particular, we do not warrant that Listings are accurate or open, that AI Output is correct or suitable, that alerts will be delivered, or that use of the Service will lead to employment. Nothing in this section limits rights that the law of your country grants you as a consumer and that cannot be excluded by agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecliptz Labs and its owners, staff, researchers, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of income, employment opportunity, profits, goodwill, data, or business, arising out of or related to the Service, Listings, AI Output, alerts, or these Terms, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if we were advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) INR 5,000.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits. In those places our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ecliptz Labs and its owners, staff, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of Your Content, your use of AI Output, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party. We may take over the defence of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you will cooperate with us.

• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• Talk first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to email us a description of the dispute and to give us 30 days to resolve it with you informally. Most issues are settled this way.
• Courts. Subject to the point below, the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
• Consumers outside India. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring claims in your home courts or under your local consumer protection law, nothing in this section takes that right away.
• Time limit. To the extent the law allows, any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

We update these Terms when the Service, the law, or our business changes. Each version carries its version number and effective date at the top of this page, and we keep prior versions available on request.

We announce material changes by a notice in the app or on the site, and we may also email you. Changes required by law may take effect immediately. After a material change we ask you to accept the new version in the app before you continue, and we record that acceptance. If you do not accept it, you can cancel any Subscription and delete your account; the version you last accepted continues to govern any period you already paid for.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Plan description you accepted at purchase are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier agreement.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the unenforceable part is replaced by a valid term that comes closest to its intent.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, we are not giving up the right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not transfer this agreement. We may assign it to a successor of our business, and we will notify you if we do.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages of third-party providers, network failures, or government action.
• Electronic notices. You agree to receive notices from us electronically, at the email on your account or within the Service, and that they satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.
• Language. These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience only and the English version controls.
