What do I get on a plan?
Everything. Every plan includes every feature. Plans only differ in how long they run and how many AI credits and WhatsApp alerts come with them.
What are AI credits?
Credits are what the AI tools run on. A resume, a cover letter or an update to your career memory each use some, and bigger tasks use a little more. Your balance is always in Settings and at the top of the app.
Do unused credits and alerts expire?
Never. Whatever you do not use stays on your account, even after a plan ends. You can use it again whenever you have an active plan.
How do WhatsApp alerts work?
You choose the job areas, work types and salary you care about. We message you only when a newly posted job matches them, so you may get fewer alerts than your plan allows. At most four a day. Verification and account messages are free and never count. Reply STOP to pause anytime.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from Settings, in two taps. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep every feature until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable, because your plan starts the moment you pay. You can cancel anytime in two taps, and you keep everything until the period you paid for ends. If you were ever charged by mistake, twice or after cancelling, email support@supalander.com and we return it.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Pick the new plan here. As soon as it is paid, the old plan stops renewing and your unused balance moves with you.
Do the prices include tax?
Yes. Every price on this page includes 18% GST. What you see is what you pay, and nothing is added at checkout.
What is the difference between auto-renew and pay once?
Same plans, same price, same features. Auto-renew charges again at the end of each period until you cancel. Pay once is a single payment for one period that never renews; buy again whenever you like, and any time left on your plan is added on top.
